ICP recently completed a 302,400 SF distribution facility on a 25-acre site of a former Randall Park Mall which straddles Warrensville Heights and North Randall, Ohio. The construction began on a speculative basis and during construction, a container distributor leased 208,000 SF and occupied the building upon completion. The Project features include 14 dock positions with capabilities for an additional 35 dock positions, three entries, and 102 trailer and 151 auto parking stalls.
