Jackson Twp, OH – ComDoc HQ (a Xerox Company)

Challenge
In search of greater efficiency and square footage, ComDoc and Xerox approached ICP about available space in our portfolio that could accommodate the consolidation of their 4 Northeast Ohio locations.

Outcome
Unable to find space suited to their requirements, ICP acquired the former Rohrer Family Farm location in North Canton for Comdoc’s new headquarters and distribution plant. This new building included 32,500 square feet of office and 75,000 square feet of warehouse. The project was delivered in April of 2019, on time and under budget. The development is part of a newly formed JEDD and will bring over 200 jobs to Jackson Township.
