Andy Hill is the Senior Vice President of Finance for Industrial Commercial Properties LLC. Andy is responsible for directing ICP’s financial planning and accounting practices and its relationships with lending institutions, investors and the financial community. Since joining ICP in 2019, Andy has facilitated over 90 transactions totaling nearly $1.2 billion. In addition, he has procured financing for acquisitions, redevelopments, ground-up construction, refinancing and lines of credit.
Andy has worked in real estate and finance since 2003 and before joining ICP, he spent 13 years with Forest City Realty Trust. As a Vice President at Forest City, Andy oversaw loan closings totaling more than $1.5 billion over the previous five years. He has procured financing for malls, mixed-use projects, office/lab and multi-family real estate transactions. In addition, he has experience with multiple lending vehicles, including construction, refinancing, new market tax credits, low-income housing tax credits, historic tax credits, tax increment financing and 1031 exchanges. Andy was also a conduit to establishing lending relationships with multiple institution types, including banks, life companies, CMBS, pension funds, and credit tenant lenders. Before Forest City, Andy worked at National City Bank and Key Bank.
Andy was named one of the Crain’s Notables in Finance for 2022.
Andy received his undergraduate degree in Finance and Marketing from Ohio University and his MBA with a concentration in Finance from Miami University (Oxford, OH).
