Ben Heckerman joined Industrial Commercial Properties in 2021 as a Project Manager in ICP’s affiliated construction company Industrial Commercial Construction (ICC),.
Mr. Heckerman is responsible for the overall outcome of commercial construction projects in northern Ohio. In addition, he oversees contractor scheduling, contracts, change orders, and billings and is involved in the planning and design review of projects from bid proposals to project completion. Mr. Heckerman coordinates regular project meetings with contractors and clients while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
Before joining ICC, Mr. Heckerman worked in the construction industry for eight years as a Project Manager, Construction Manager and Field Manager for several regional construction companies.
Mr. Heckerman earned a BA in Communications from the University of Akron with minors in Entrepreneurship and Business Management. He completed both OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 and is a Certified Home Inspector.
