Bennett Morrison is Executive Vice President for Industrial Commercial Properties (ICP). Mr. Morrison is responsible for the oversight of ICP’s portfolio via the facilitation and coordination of transactions, leasing, property management, construction and third-party vendors. He serves as a liaison between tenants and ownership, to assure all clients’ needs are promptly addressed, and plays a pivotal role in the company’s many development projects.
Mr. Morrison has over fifteen years of experience transacting in a variety of markets and asset classes. Prior to joining ICP, he was the Executive Vice President of Asset Management at Chase Properties. Mr. Morrison oversaw the leasing, property management and construction teams responsible for all strategic initiatives throughout Chase’s portfolio. Before his time at Chase, Mr. Morrison was responsible for a portfolio of retail assets in the northeast at DDR Corp., a publicly-traded shopping center REIT based in Beachwood, Ohio, and started his career advising some of northeast Ohio’s largest multi-national corporations with their real estate strategy & transactions at Colliers International.
Mr. Morrison holds a BSBA from John Carroll University’s Boler School of Business and an MBA from Kent State University’s Graduate School of Management.
