Dan Dowd is Vice President of Finance for Industrial Commercial Properties (ICP). Mr. Dowd is primarily responsible for overseeing and expanding ICP’s lending relationships as well as arranging, structuring, and sourcing debt financing for ICP’s projects, including acquisition, construction, and term loans.
Before joining ICP, Mr. Dowd worked for CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance group, where he originated bank, debt fund, CMBS, and life insurance company loans for various asset types. He previously held relationship management and underwriting positions with regional banks including MB Financial, Citizens, and M&I Institutional Real Estate.
Mr. Dowd holds a BSBA from Marquette University with a double major in Finance and Real Estate. He resides in Shaker Heights with his wife and two children.
