Greg Deming is the Senior Director of Asset Management for Industrial Commercial Properties (ICP). Mr. Deming is responsible for overseeing ICP’s portfolio and the coordination of property management, construction, and third-party vendors. He serves as a liaison between tenants and ownership to assure all clients’ needs are promptly addressed.
Mr. Deming has over ten years of experience as a property and asset manager. Before joining ICP, Mr. Deming was the General Manager/VP of Asset services for a local real estate company. Mr. Deming oversaw the day-to-day operations, including leasing, marketing, customer service, procurement, property management and financial reporting for over one million square feet of residential, industrial and office properties.
Mr. Deming holds a BBA from Cleveland State University and is currently pursuing his MBA.
