Greg Osborne, the Senior Vice President of Development and Construction at Industrial Commercial Properties (ICP), brings over 29 years of commercial development experience to ICP. In this role, Greg serves as a critical link between the development, construction, and other departments during the entire real estate development and construction lifecycle. His role is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of projects in our growing development portfolio.
Before joining ICP, Greg spent 19 years with Snavely Building Company, where, as Vice President of Project Management, he led the successful completion of numerous commercial and residential developments.
Greg holds a BS in Architecture from Kent State University.
