Greg Scott is the Senior Vice President of Accounting for Industrial Commercial Properties LLC “ICP”. Greg is responsible for directing ICP’s accounting practices and assisting in portfolio financing.
Greg has worked in real estate and finance since 1989, recently being the Chief Financial Officer of a regional real estate ownership group. Previously, he served as VP Finance at IRG Realty Advisors. Greg began his career at Arthur Andersen LLP before serving as the Controller of First Union Real Estate Investments (NYSE -FUR). He has experience in developing accounting systems, structuring acquisitions, financing in public markets, private offerings, mortgage financing and historic tax credits.
Greg received his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Miami University (Oxford, OH) and is an active Certified Public Accountant in Ohio.
