Jeff Martin is the Senior Vice President of Development for Industrial Commercial Properties LLC. He is responsible for leading development activities across the portfolio – including analyzing project feasibility, public incentives, planning and design efforts, entitlements and construction.
Before joining ICP, Mr. Martin spent three years as Vice President of Development for Seritage Growth Properties leading premier mixed-use redevelopments of former Sears’ properties across the Midwest. Prior to that he spent 13 years at DDR Corp., another publicly-traded REIT where he held multiple roles in development, leasing, and transactions and was a part of the company’s esteemed Management Trainee Program.
Mr. Martin holds a B.A. in History from Middlebury College in Vermont. He presides on the College’s Alumni Admission team and is also a corporate ambassador for Team Impact.
