Joe Mahorney joined Industrial Commercial Properties in 2021 as a Senior Project Manager in ICP’s affiliated construction company Industrial Commercial Construction (ICC),
Mr. Mahorney is responsible for the overall outcome of commercial construction projects in southern Ohio. He oversees contractor scheduling, contracts, and billings and is involved in the plan and design review of projects. Mr. Mahorney is responsible for maintaining quality and cost controls, estimating, budgeting, bidding, change orders, and coordinating regular project meetings with contractors and clients.
Before joining ICC, Mr. Mahorney was a Project Manager for a prominent regional developer and Duke Realty, a national industrial property REIT.
Mr. Mahorney attended Eastern Kentucky University and received an AAS in Construction Management from Northern Kentucky University.
