Joe Marko joined Industrial Commercial Properties in 2019 as a Construction Project Manager in ICP’s affiliated construction company Industrial Commercial Construction (ICC),.
Mr. Marko plans and executes a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. He interfaces with all parties involved, including the client and company ownership. Mr. Marko organizes and oversees construction planning, hiring contractors, contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation to ensure property redevelopments and tenant buildouts are completed in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining quality and cost controls.
Before joining ICC, Mr. Marko was an Electrical Supervisor at Triple A Electric and is a licensed Electrician. Prior to that he worked in the facilities department of the Cleveland Clinic.
Mr. Marko has an MBA from Cleveland State University and a BS from the University of Cincinnati.
