Kevin Hutchison joined Industrial Commercial Properties in 2019 as a Field Operations Manager in ICP’s affiliated construction company Industrial Commercial Construction (ICC),.
Mr. Hutchison oversees the day-to-day activities involving tenant buildout, subcontractors and property management at our construction sites in Southern Ohio. Working with the project management staff, he oversees contractor scheduling, contracts, and billings and is involved in project plans and design reviews.
Before joining ICC, Mr. Hutchison owned several companies operating in the construction industry.
