Michael is the Director of Engineering and Planning for Industrial Commercial Properties. Working closely with existing and potential tenants, Michael works alongside them to understand a tenant’s specific needs and requirements for office design and plant layouts. Additionally, Michael plays a crucial role in creating lease exhibits, conceptual site plans, and multi-tenant layouts across the ICP portfolio to support sales and marketing efforts.
With 15 years of experience, Michael previously held various positions in the Project Design Group at STERIS, where he designed spaces for healthcare facilities. He managed a custom 3D program for tasks such as space planning, product configuration for ceiling equipment, generating cut sheets, installation documents, and assisted with streamlining pricing.
