Mike Shanahan joined Industrial Commercial Properties in 2017 as a Construction Project Manager in ICP’s affiliated construction company Industrial Commercial Construction (ICC). In 2019 he was promoted to Senior Project Manager and works with the Senior Vice President of ICC to train and oversee project management staff.
Mr. Shanahan is responsible for the overall outcome of commercial construction projects. He oversees contractor scheduling, contracts, and billings and is involved in the plan and design review of projects. Mr. Shanahan is responsible for maintaining quality and cost controls, estimating, budgeting, bidding, change orders, and coordinating regular project meetings with contractors and clients.
Before joining ICC, Mr. Shanahan was a Project Manager for several prominent regional and national development companies.
Mr. Shanahan graduated from The University of Akron.
