CLEVELAND, OH, November 30, 2020 – Industrial Commercial Properties LLC (ICP), the Cleveland-based real estate and development company, has announced the appointment of Jeffrey Martin as Senior Vice President – Development and Daniel DiCillo, Jr. as an Analyst.
“As we continue to implement our aggressive growth strategy and diversify our portfolio, it was critical for us to add a first class development professional and a versatile financial analyst. We are excited to add Jeff and Dan to our talented team at ICP,” said Chris Salata, chief operating officer of ICP.
As Senior Vice President – Development, Mr. Martin shall be responsible for leading development activities across the portfolio – including analyzing project feasibility, public incentives, planning and design efforts, entitlements and construction. Before joining ICP, Mr. Martin spent three years as Vice President of Development for Seritage Growth Properties leading premier mixed-use redevelopments of former Sears’ properties across the Midwest. Prior to that Mr. Martin spent 13 years at Site Centers (f/k/a DDR Corp.), another publicly-traded REIT, where he was a member of the Executive Committee and held multiple roles in development, leasing and transactions. Mr. Martin is a graduate of Middlebury College in Vermont.
As an Analyst at ICP, Daniel DiCillo shall play a critical role in the company’s underwriting process for leasing, financing, development and asset management. Mr. DiCillo shall be responsible for analyzing tenant business and financial documents and preparing financial models and proformas to support the acquisition and lease advisory, property valuations and consulting projects for ICP’s operations team. Mr. DiCillo worked at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company and Federated Hermes, Inc. prior to joining ICP. Mr. DiCillo holds a BSBA from John Carroll University Boler School of Business and is completing his MBA at Case Western Reserve University – Weatherhead School of Management.
