Industrial Commercial Properties LLC (ICP) is pleased to announce that Exxact Express will be expanding its Dayton presence and will be opening a new office in the Sixth River Business Park in Kettering, Ohio. Exxact Express will employ 20 staff members at this location.
Exxact Express is a Lakeland, Florida-based logistics and transportation company serving multiple markets. They recently opened a terminal in Vandalia, Ohio and the new Kettering office will house their freight brokerage operations.
