Industrial Commercial Properties LLC (ICP) is pleased to announce that Exxact Express will be expanding its Dayton presence and will be opening a new office in the Sixth River Business Park in Kettering, Ohio. Exxact Express will employ 20 staff members at this location.
Exxact Express is a Lakeland, Florida-based logistics and transportation company serving multiple markets. They recently opened a terminal in Vandalia, Ohio and the new Kettering office will house their freight brokerage operations.
“We are excited to welcome a growing company like Exxact Express to Sixth River,” said Dean Miller, senior vice president for ICP. “Exxact will join our expanding roster of tenants, including our own Dayton office. In addition to the upgraded amenities at the park, they will benefit from an onsite ownership presence with a proactive management group,” continued Mr. Miller. “ICP made a sizable investment into the modernization at the park in both the buildings and the surrounding campus, so Sixth River has become a desirable option for companies searching for high-image office space with large, contiguous blocks also available.”
“Exxact Express has been proud to be family-owned and operated since 1986,” said Douglas Kerchner, vice president of sales for Exxact Express.
“We have been delivering excellence for 36 years and continue to grow stronger. As the logistics and transportation industry evolves, so do we. We are excited to bring the company’s great history of excellence to the Midwest with a new terminal in Dayton, Ohio,” continued Mr. Kerchner. “Together with the dependability of an asset-based carrier and the flexibility of our dedicated logistics management team, Exxact is accustomed to providing a level of service that is unmatched by our competitors. We pride ourselves on providing customers with a one-call, seamless transportation source. We are excited to bring the wonderful talent pool of the Exxact Family to Kettering.”
