An office center within the Miami Valley Research Park, owned by one of the largest privately held commercial real estate companies in the United States, has added a growing new tenant.
Koontz Bryant Johnson Williams Inc. (KBJW) — a civil engineering, geotechnical, environmental and survey firm — is relocating its Dayton office to the Sixth River office park in Kettering, located within the Miami Valley Research Park. It will move into a 9,000-square-foot space at 3171 Research Blvd. in early 2024, joining Cleveland-based Industrial Commercial Properties LLC (ICP), the owner of the site.
ICP, which announced the addition late last month, is fully renovating the space, including a completely revised layout and brand-new finishes. The effort will cost about $500,000, according to a company spokesperson. Click here to read the entire article.
