Our portfolio includes manufacturing, warehouse, office and retail properties. ICP is looking for an innovative and motivated Architectural Designer to join our team. This role involves collaborating closely with tenants and property users to conceptualize and design interior and exterior spaces, helping clients achieve functional and aesthetic solutions that support their business growth.
Architectural Designer Responsibilities:
- Independently execute a variety of architectural assignments, utilizing industry-standard techniques for both adaptive reuse of real estate and ground-up development projects.
- Prepare detailed 2D architectural floorplans and create 3D renderings for both interior and exterior spaces.
- Collaborate with end-users to plan, conceptualize, and modify layouts that align with their vision for future space utilization.
- Coordinate with clients and project managers to assist in selecting office finishes and façade materials, ensuring cohesive design choices that meet project requirements and aesthetic goals.
- Establish design standards and processes for architectural presentations to guarantee a professional and client-focused experience.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including sales, engineering, construction, management, and marketing, both in-person and virtually.
- Conduct on-site inspections to gather information and perform accurate field measurements for effective project planning
Position Qualifications:
- Proficiency in 2D and3D CAD software (e.g., Revit, Lumion, AutoCAD, Vectorworks) is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or interior architecture is preferred.
- 1–3 years of related experience is preferred.
- Experience in project management from concept to completion is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively to team members and executive audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
