Industrial Commercial Properties (ICP) is a leading commercial development company based in Mayfield Heights, Ohio. We are looking for a full-time Office Manager with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills and someone who is motivated and committed to providing outstanding customer service for visitors and employees. Previous experience as a Front Office Manager or Office Administrator is required. A successful Office Manager should also have experience with MS Office Suite and be able to handle various administrative duties accurately and quickly.
Office manager duties and responsibilities include:
- Provide general support to all visitors and employees
- Providing general administrative support to our employees, including typing, copying, binding, maintaining files and posting mail
- Assist in the planning of in-house or off-site activities, lunches, celebrations, and conferences
- Receive/Sort incoming and outgoing mail, including FedEx and UPS shipments
- Maintain the employee Cafe, order/restock snacks, refreshments, and coffee supplies
- Coordinate food service and catering
- Organize, maintain and order all office supplies
- Consult with facility management vendors, including cleaning and security services
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
- Maintain color copiers/printers and coordinate supplies and repairs as needed
- Schedule meetings and appointments/maintain conference room schedule
- Coordinate with IT and third-party vendors to repair and maintain computer, and office equipment
Requirements and skills:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity
- Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel and MS Outlook)
- Firsthand experience with office machines, copiers, binding equipment, and printers
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements
- Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements and design and implement new suggestions
- Provide administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing internet research, and binding and creating reports

Industrial Commercial Properties (ICP) is a leading commercial development company based in Mayfield Heights, Ohio. ICP is looking for an Accounting Manager interested in working on a high-volume and fast-growing commercial real estate portfolio. Under the direction and supervision of the Senior Vice President of Accounting, the Accounting Manager shall be responsible for maintaining GAAP compliance, generating financial reports, monthly, quarterly and year-end closing, auditing and reconciliation responsibilities. This position will also be responsible for accounts payable, GL reconciliation, tax and regulatory compliance support, and general departmental processes. This position requires a high degree of confidentiality and the ability to multitask.
The Accounting Manager’s responsibilities shall include the following:
- Manage ICP’s accounts payable
- Reconcile cash/capital calls with the management company for the entire property portfolio
- Work with an outside accounting firm to conduct monthly reconciliation of operating accounts
- Create an annual operating budget in conjunction with the SVP of Accounting, COO, and outside accounting consultant
- Process expense reports
- Deposit and distribution of checks and processing wire transfers
- Process rent and associated expenses for company offices
- Process vendor payments
- 401(k) administration
- Process payroll and benefits administration
- Participate in underwriting of financings and real estate transactions
Requirements and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred)
- 3-5 years experience in Accounting or Financial Services
- Advanced capabilities for reporting, analyzing and presenting financial data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel and MS Outlook), QuickBooks
