In a surprise move, Dallas-based CBRE (NYSE: CBRE) needs a new leader for its Northeast Ohio offices after Keith Brandt resigned to join Industrial Commercial Properties of Cleveland.
Brandt was named market leader for the global real estate services and brokerage company’s Cleveland and Akron offices just 20 months ago. He has joined Industrial Commercial Properties of as an executive vice president. The move was effective Monday, Oct. 31.
Brandt said he is excited to join ICP because “It was a rare opportunity to join a local organization that has a great growth model. Opportunities to join great leadership teams in my backyard are very rare. I wanted to capitalize on it.”
Brandt, previously an executive for the former Forest City Realty Trust of Cleveland and a veteran of the Richard E. Jacobs Group of Westlake, said his experience managing malls will play a part in his work at ICP. Click here to read entire article.
