ICP completes a 123,000 SF Delivery Station for National Tenant in Brooklyn, Ohio

ICP recently completed a 123,000 SF facility for Amazon on 22 acres in Brooklyn, Ohio. The site was previously known as the Memphis Drive-In which was closed and demolished in 2006.  The building is known as a delivery station, receiving packages from nearby fulfillment and sorting centers and which services last-mile deliveries. The Brooklyn location will add over 100 people.
