Daniel DiCillo is an Associate for Industrial Commercial Properties. Before joining the company, Mr. DiCillo spent three years as a Financial and Investment analyst for Federated Hermes, Inc. in Pittsburgh and Brown Gibbons Lang & Company and Resilience Capital Partners in Cleveland.
As an Associate at ICP, Mr. DiCillo is responsible for analyzing tenant business and financial documents and preparing financial models and proformas to support acquisition and lease advisory, property valuations, and consulting projects for ICP’s operations and asset management teams.
Mr. DiCillo received his BSBA in Finance from John Carroll University and an MBA from the Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management in Cleveland, Ohio.
