Deirdre McGuane is the Director of Marketing and Research for ICP. She is responsible for media relations, corporate branding and recognition, advertising, creating property-specific marketing materials, social media, press releases and website maintenance.
Deirdre began her commercial real estate career at Grubb & Ellis (G&E). Starting as a research intern, Deirdre was eventually promoted to Vice President of Research for Ohio. In this role, she directed the regional hub for marketing, GIS services, research, IT, and statistical reporting for three Ohio offices. She wrote quarterly and annual market reports and planned the Annual Forecast Event, which hosted guest speakers and panelists with hundreds of attendees annually. Deirdre has authored market reports for the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) that were part of their annual market publications. In addition, she has written articles featured in Heartland Real Estate and Properties Magazine. Before joining ICP, she was the Director of Research and Marketing for the NAI affiliate in Cleveland.
Deirdre attended St. John Fisher College studying Business Administration, focusing on Human Resources. Deirdre has been a volunteer for JDRF’s Annual Dream Gala and the American Cancer Society’s Cattle Baron’s Ball, creating the event presentations and website. Deirdre was also the coordinator for G&E’s annual Harvest for Hunger campaigns. Deirdre is involved with NAIOP’s annual awards program in Northeast Ohio and is a former decade-long member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) in Cleveland.
