Jim Flannery is the Vice President of Finance for Industrial Commercial Properties LLC. Jim is responsible for underwriting, securing loans and financial modeling for transactions and asset management. Jim serves as a lead executive for relationships with lending institutions, investors, and the financial community.
Jim has worked in real estate and finance since 2007 and before joining ICP, he spent eight years with SITE Centers as a Senior Director of Asset Management. At SITE, Jim oversaw and trained the team that created, audited, and maintained financial models for several hundred properties. Prior to that, he worked with Townhouse Partners Consulting in New York City as the lead underwriter on $1B in CMBS transactions for multiple Wall Street clients.
Jim received a BA in Economics from The John Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland.
