Sarah Ryzner is Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Industrial Commercial Properties (ICP). In this multi-faceted role, Mrs. Ryzner has responsibility for all legal affairs of the company, including contract administration, new development and acquisition opportunities, financing, leasing and construction. Mrs. Ryzner also oversees ICP’s corporate governance, risk management and human resources functions.
Prior to joining ICP, Mrs. Ryzner spent eight years at Stark Enterprises in the role of General Counsel. Before joining Stark, she served in various capacities in the real estate industry in both the private and non-profit sectors.
Mrs. Ryzner completed most of her undergraduate coursework at the University of Wisconsin and graduated from Cleveland State University. She also earned a Master of Urban Planning and Development from The Maxine Goodman Levin School of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University and a Juris Doctor from Cleveland State University College of Law.
Mrs. Ryzner lives on the near-west side of Cleveland with her husband and children.
