Vern Nance joined Industrial Commercial Properties in 2021 as a Project Manager in ICP’s affiliated construction company, Industrial Commercial Construction (ICC), and is now Director – Asset Management, working with ICP’s asset management team.
Mr. Nance is responsible for overseeing ICP’s portfolio and the coordination of property management, construction, and third-party vendors. He serves as a liaison between tenants and ownership to ensure all clients’ needs are promptly addressed.
Before joining ICC, Mr. Nance was self-employed owning several businesses in the construction and insurance industries. He was a general contractor and Master Carpenter for industrial, commercial, and residential developers. His company did custom framing and built prototypes for retail stores. Mr. Nance also built two recording studios on Nashville’s historic Music Row.
Mr. Nance completed OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 and is designated an Excavation Competent Person by OSHA. He also owned an adjusting firm where he was licensed and operated in several states. Mr. Nance lives in Louisville, Ohio and is married with six children. He has been a youth baseball coach for years 10 and serves as a trustee at his local church.
