Vicki Pate is the Human Resources and Accounting Administrator for Industrial Commercial Properties. Vicki is responsible for supporting ICP’s human resources and accounting practices.
Vicki has worked in real estate and finance since 1992 with experience in portfolio analysis for commercial real estate, commercial underwriting for National City and Key Bank, and accounting management.
She has expertise in financial statement preparation, budgeting, and forecasting. She has also worked on various business consulting projects, including business valuation, market analysis, and cash flow projections. Additionally, she is knowledgeable in financial risk management, budget development, and financial software applications and integration.
Prior to joining ICP, Vicki was Accounting Manager for a Metals Broker and the Chief Executive Officer of the Lake & Geauga Association of Realtors.
Vicki received her undergraduate degree in Finance from Kent State University and her Master’s degree in Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace.
